UDA LAND Sdn Bhd achieved RM155 mil in sales in one day at the launch of U4RIA, which is UDA Land Property Showcase, in six locations simultaneously.
Chief executive officer Haris Ahmad said the feedback from the public had been encouraging.
“We achieved RM155mil in sales from residential and commercial properties in the Klang Valley (RM74 mil), in the north (RM38 mil), in the south (RM38 mil) and in the east (RM5mil),” he said.
Among the projects that proved to be the most popular among buyers were the PKENPs-Kparc project in Kangar, which comprises shop complexes and office units.
The project was offered to Bumiputera buyers with prices ranging from RM740,300 to RM1,699,800.
The other one was the Phase 2 Avenue 4 where 19 of 48 units of semi-detached houses and three-storey bungalows were sold at prices ranging from RM1,603,051 to RM2,798,821.
Haris said due to the strong support from the public, UDA was committed to provide properties that helped increase the quality of life and also helped Bumiputera own assets.
